This is my first time voting, and I need a little help. To my knowledge, we vote by mail-in ballot in washington. I did not think we had a caucus, but after reading a blog for RP in WA, there was mention of it. So do we have caucuses, or just the mail-in primaries vote?

Check here for more info on your state's primary:

If you have more questions, I'd probably contact your state coordinator, they should be able to answer all your questions..

I'd contact any of the names on that list. Have your precinct number handy when you give them a call: http://www.wsrp.org/About/Default.aspx?SectionId=130

You can get caucus locations from the county GOP.

I was wondering if in Washington somebody who will turn 18 before the General Election can participate in the caucuses or primaries (he turns 18 in March if that makes a difference).

My sister has that same problem, I think you still can.
