absolutely. he doesnt have the money to mount a national campaign of any sort, and even if he wins - unless that win brings a dramatic upswing in contributions and supporters outside of his strongholds... Huck ain't going nowhere. Same for Thompson.

I personally think Huck is delusional enough to try and drag it out till SC even if he can't afford it, before he quits and endorses Guiliani.
