I've been listening to the stream for 45 minutes....

So far the only person who I heard get to talk for the straw poll was a fred thompson supporter....

Yea, your right, it is bogus. I tried for the whole time (maybe 1.5 hours) to get on but all I got was a busy signal.

I think I am going to keep trying to get on whenever he is on the air (and I am not doing something more productive for RP). He seems much more fair than that self-absorbed Hannity guy.

I'm going to talk to my Meet up group owner and see if I can get an official title and mention that title to the call screener. It might give me more of an edge and if I am really lucky they will call me when and if they have a question about RP. (Most shows to keep lists of people to call.)

When I get through I am just going to say, "I tried to call your presidential straw poll Saturday and could not get through, so I'm calling tonight to say I will vote for Ron Paul because he is the only candidate in years to support the constitution. He has an unsurpassed reputation for integrity and honesty, so much so that lobbyists don't even bother trying to bribe him. As a matter of fact I think he is the only candidate who has actually read the constitution." I will probably get sidetracked by Rusty or cut off before I get all of that out, but that is my initial plan of attack.

Anyone care to join me? It's worth thousands in publicity if one of us gets on this guy's national show for even for even 15 seconds.
