No no no! It's all about a few hundred people who pick up their landline telephones and sit through boring and intrusive surveys! Then the corporate pollsters, I mean "friends of the people," filter and manipulate the numbers to better reflect reality, since they know way more about it than we could ever hope to, and not even corporate media, I mean "mainstream news," should question those figures or the methodology behind them. Then we have something to base our "vote" on in the rare event we actually get polled.
