The term "individual contributions" is a bit misleading.....It seems to imply individual/personal donations.....and I thought no one can contribute more than 2300?

It is exactly that, individual contributions. This represents the contributions each candidate has recieved from individuals, as opposed to PACs and such.

You are correct that any individual is limited to $2300 per candidate.
