The phone doesn't even have to be turned on I don't think. They can listen while its "off".

yeah, you have to disconnect all power sources. i.e. Take the battery out.

However, it they really wanted to, they could direct power to the device in the form of a light/energy/sound beam ect. It's technical.

i watched this entire speech on cspan, hes very intelligent and has an amazing knowledge for the constitution. He would make a perfect VP imo.

I'm gonna focus on getting Ron Paul nominated by getting the massive donation on January 17th. Gathering $10-17 million or so on that day is something I atleast can grasp :D www.benjaminsforpaul.com sign up and join in the fun :P If the we do well in the primaries we will be able to get $17M on January $17th :p (sounds nice doesnt it?)
