Reading stuff like this makes me think they didn't have the time to rig the voting machines

They know that the GOP field besides Paul is going no where as far as getting people enthusiastic in 2008.

They think that the people will fall for this 'unity' ticket, but Ron Paul is already the unity ticket.

No campaign has EVER brought together more people, from Republicans, to Democrats, to Libertarians, to Constitutionalists, etc. than Ron Paul.

The unity is already here and it's already caught fire.

They know this election will be watched very carfully, so if they can split the vote 3 ways, they feel it's the best chance to defeat Ron Paul. And it divides the media attention up even more. Will the American people fall for it?
