We can do this. Theres around 70,000 people in meetup groups across the nation if I'm not mistaken, so we just need to contact them all and see how many we can get to pledge 500 dollars.

in fact lets go ahead and start, who will match me?

I think it's a good idea. Do you have any experience setting up sites?

I will do 500, put on my credit card. its a worthy cause, I might never pay it back anyway if this country goes to hell.

I like it. IMO, there are only 2 realistic ways we can raise $23M.

1. A "max-out" or high average donation money bomb. $100 donations won't cut it if $23M is the goal...we've already proven that.

2. Ron Paul Payday. Unfortunatley, very few people support this idea. The birtday idea isn't bad, but I think it's not very practical. Each birthday would require a significant amount of advertising and spreading the word. If we do the payday, once it goes viral everyon knows to donate every Friday until Feb 5th.

We need 10,000 people to max out. This goal is actually pretty simple if just a small group of people are willing to sacrifice a significant amount of cash.

Is it a coincidence that they want $23M or does the campaign want people to max out?
