The RNC national rules.

RULE NO. 15
Election of Delegates and Alternate Delegates

C) General

(5) - In selecting delegates and alternate delegates to the national convention, no state law shall be observed which hinders, abridges, or denies to any citizen of the United States, eligible under the Constitution of the United States to hold the office of President of the United States or Vice President of the United States, the right or privilege of being a candidate under such state law for the nomination for President of the United States or Vice President of the United States or which authorizes the election of a number of delegates or alternate delegates from any state to the national convention different from that fixed in these rules.

There's a potential case to be made here regarding "hinderance" on the part of the NH State GOP if they're officially connected to this FOX forum.

If an official State GOP-endorsed function is occuring, which clearly favors certain candidates over others to the point of exclusion for no demonstrably reason... it may very well open up the NH GOP to punitive action by the RNC.

Which raises the even more arcane possibility. Is this rules violation possibly intentional?

Word from those on the ground in NH has been for at least a month that Paul has far stronger support there than is being reported in the MSM. Some speculating that he may well WIN outright. Should Paul's numbers prove to indeed be enough to win the day, anyone could file a grievance afterwards claiming Paul's exclusion in the forum was a rules violation. Providing grounds for nullifying the NH delegates that would be voting for Paul at the National Convention.

It sounds like something straight out of the Rove playbook, which is why it's got me wondering. I can believe they'd be willing to sacrifice the delegates of an entire state to try to diminish Paul's national delegates total going into the convention.

Maybe they WANT to lose all the delegates.

Think about it. If Ron wins - he would get NO delegates from it.
