This a font to make letter stencils to trace out and then cut out.
http://www.rescue-us.org/Stencilia-A.ttf

This a link on how to install the above font into your word processing programs
http://www.myfonts.com/support/help_install_win.html

After it is installed you just type into the font size choice any size you want. Can be a foot high if you want.

For those who would like it, I've created the alphabet in stencils in a PDF file.
Located at the Ron Paul Graphics Group.

Once there go to Files/Print Ready/chordchaser/Stencils

What is the best way to make the large stencils?

I mean what material should I use to cut out the design?

Is Chloroplast sheets the best thing to use? And how much do they cost; and where is the best place to buy them?

Chloroplast is a bear to cut. I've hardly an expert, since Ive only been to one party, but styrfoam seemed the easiest to work with.

Yea, a member of my group just called a local sign company and that is exactly what they said.

Thanks!
