DATABASE Experts needed (Compiling CSV Files)

Are there some Database experts in here who are able to sort out doubles
within the E-Mail-List and to convert the CSV-File into a valid CSV-File to import
it into this Free-Ware Mail-Program?

*nix refers to unix/linux/bsd and related opearting systems ........

I'll see what I can do to make a neat csv file out of it. there are mutiple ways of cleaning it up but my laptop doesn't have much software or hardware.

No problem, if anybody else needs any of this kind of stuff done...let me know. I used to be a Sales/Marketing DBA and Marketing Programs Manager for a software company in Austin. This is kinda what I know...the messier they are, the more fun they are(within reason).

for what it's worth, here's my cleaned and sorted csv file. Since i don't have excel or any db on my laptop i wrote a java program on notepad :-(
