We just digged a Ron Paul story above 805 Diggs and in
the Top Ten on their Homepage, number Ten has only 772
Diggs. Why doesn't appear our story within the Top Ten
List if we have more Diggs than number ten in the list???:confused::confused:

DIGG Homepage (and Top Ten):

Our Ron Paul Article:

Delay? Censorship?

AFAIK. I'm not an expert, but Number of diggs != popularity. The equation takes into account the type of users digging an article (disparity in section selection), referral information, as well as history of involvement, and the topic itself. Certain topics will rank higher because they are "hot" topics and others will have a harder time because they have been semi-blacklisted.

Try posting an article without using Ron Paul in the title or description and it will soar.

Break links too so it doesn't show a boat load of people coming from this site.

If this is true about certain topics, the whole Digg-System sucks.
Either peolpe love it or not. I have no Idea why "common" topics like
Ron Paul would make a difference about it's popularity...

But I emailed DIGG as well - maybe they can explain and confirm it...

the digg system is pretty neat actually. it attempts to prevent a mob from bulldozing the entire board with "their" topics and allowing new interesting information to surface organically.

I uploaded a picture portraying that DIGG doesn't seem to use
the most popular Articles in their "TOP TEN":

I think that is code for going offline to all the people who haven't heard of ron paul and are actually registered voters. (half of Digg's audience is under 18 based on some estimates).

Digg is 99% penetrated and people there know who he is. It's less than 1% of the population. Please move on to more productive activites such as exposing the 99% of the rest of the nation to ron's message. That means GROW UP and LOG OFF WORTHLESS DIGG.

If you are incapable of that, there are some articles you might find useful here: http://search.searchengineland.com/search?w=digg

Well, that was my estimation as well. But people in here said that
it has some weight. So far all I see is that having thousand DIGGS
means nothing...

Today is Saturday.

Digging is pissing in the wind.

Turn the PC off and get out and go door to door.

I bury everything not related to Ron - out of frustration about the dishonest system at DIGG.
