Holy crap, that's amazing.

Indeed it is.

We need to get this in the movie theaters, local television, and national television. We need a lot of money.

Didn't like it at all. The production values are sub par, and the testimonials sound contrived.
Another disappointment for me, glad to see you guys feel good about it.

Wha? I've seen these types of ads on tv all the time, they are very good and receptive. The testimonials sounds realistic, at least WAY more realistic than the ones I saw before from the campaign. Compared to other political ads, I think it's very good.

The only problem I have with the video after watching it is that you don't really get to read "Most money from military members" part cause people focus their eyes on the crowd.

Is this one of the ones that they are testing and trying to get viral before getting it out in a multi-state or national ad blitz? I recall a couple weeks ago where that was discussed.

Another disappointment for me, glad to see you guys feel good about it.

The images last a lot longer than the text and with his arms raised like that he looks like a dictator.

Watch it with the sound off and then tell me if you still like it.

I don't like the "greatest generation", I don't like the bratty kids, and I don't care about any of it.

But I do come away with images of war in my head and Ron Paul looking like a dictator. That image is now stuck in my brain.

And I know better about Ron Paul and I still feel this way. Imagine how someone new to him will take this?

But, I don't have the foggiest idea of what sells. You asked what we thought and I am telling you from a personal standpoint. As far as whether or not it will help the campaign? I don't know jack.

Why isn't this released under eLib43rty's account?

I am confused with the whole "TheGreatestGeneration.com" thing. Why direct anyone to a different site other then "RonPaul2008.com"?? You don't even know this is a Ron Paul ad until the end. Maybe that's the purpose, I don't know, but I guess I was expecting more from this ad.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the generation they're referring to the one who fell asleep and let the government get out of control?

I think the music should be louder.

First, it's "SaveOurGeneration.com" the site you refered to is apparently owned by Mariott Hotels? Secondly, some people might hear Ron Paul and tune it out immediately. The way it is now, the graphics pull you in and make you curious since it isn't clear what the commercial is for until the end. It would be nice if the site were up and running, though.

It's pretty good..... but I would change the last photo, of Paul. His facial expression in that pic is not one that you want to end the ad with. It's just not a very good photo of him, with what his lips are doing and his eyes looking up like that.

Just my opinion. Aside from that, it wasn't bad.

The Campaign has this ad and permission to use it - they need to strike a deal with the director and edit out the url - both of which would be easy to do - I made a mistake in letting the cat out of the bag to early

Too bad they cant use it. They asked for a single major donor to fund its airing.

Would be a good ad for MI and NV.
