I am a right wing Republican, always have been!

The media first demonized and lied what the right is about. The right was then taken over by old man Bush and his "compassionate" conservatism. The last Right wing Republican, defender of the founding Ideology is Ron Paul.

Welcome to the real conservative Republicans.

Conservatism, Latin, com servare, to preserve; "to protect from loss or harm" the founding ideologies.

Welcome to the Grand Old Party. Don't mind the mess, we're still moving in and got some cleaning up left to do.

Don't worry, it's painless as long as we get Dr. Paul elected. If not, Independent here I come! :D

Acclaim from a major cartoon figure-- yet another way the Ron Paul campaign is unique.

If Opus, the star of his own cartoon, can vote for Ron Paul (I think it's obviously him), then we can, too.

Old dead thread.. but:

No longer a republican.. I changed to Indie a while back.. I think the Republicans have gone freaking crazy - The "Tea Party" has turned into a bunch of Glenn Beck watching conspiratorial nutbags - and the Democrats don't know what the hell they are doing. The whole place is a mess.

depending on your laws in your state, you might want to switch back to republican by 2012

Actually I would rather he didn't if he doesn't support RP anymore.

There is no other choice...it's either the GOP and agree with 80% of it or the socialist party and lose all hope of any liberty.

If every tried and true Ron Pauler in America were to join the GOP, get involved locally, and attend and participate in the Convention process; then within 2 years we would totally dominate the GOP and set the agenda for half of all of American politics. Ron Paul was right. I have been unaffiliated all of my life until Ron Paul asked me to register Republican, and then I did. I followed his advice on getting involved locally, ran for and won 1st Vice Chairman of my County GOP organization. Now I am running for NC State House with the full backing (and assistance) of the GOP of 4 counties.

It makes more of a difference that you can possibly imagine.

There is real power in numbers. :D

I'm a RON PAUL Republican. I could care less about the party. I care way to much for the Constitution, Liberty, and Republic to give a damned about party loyalty.
