I'm not saying this is THE answer, I just say this is one of many answers (specially since this Adolph Giuliani has so many flaws) ;)

I had send this email to a Giuliani supporter once:

its just the firefighters official view on guiliani. and to me those firemen (and policemen and other rescueworkers) the real heroes, and their opinion is worth much to me. they did the dirty work, they went into those buildings. thats why i have sent u the video. thanks for watching though."

After that we didn't talk about it anymore, but now I learned he has become a Ron Paul supporter. :D

Anyways, this video is so effective because it undermines the big pilar of Giuliani's campaign, that he is the saviour of 911 etc. The video shows it has been a greater disaster then needed because of him.
If someone is able, maybe download the video and repost it with the same title as the official ad: - Rudy Giuliani TV Ad, "Freedom" - and then make it go viral :D
Maybe under a name that resembles RudyGiulianiHQ but is different :) GO GO GO!
