The people claiming Al-Qaeda did it are the PAKISTANI GOVERNMENT. Of course they would claim that, because if it wasn't Al-Qaeda it was probably the Pakistani intelligence agency. That's why there needs to be an independent investigation.

I am 50/50 on it either being Pakistani intelligence or Muslim extremists.

What kind of relationship does the Pakistani Government have with Al Qaeda? It's not like they have been very helpful in helping us locate Osama Bin Laden? I wouldn't be surprised to see them in cahoots with the senior leadership in Al Qaeda for this attack. Al Qaeda is the perfect scapegoat for this crime.
