Here is the Intenret whois info. It seems that this website registered by a 3rd party company called Domains by Proxy. Which is a company that will register the domain for you to hide your identity.

My bet is one of the 'other' campaigns is behind this site, and they mention straw poll all over to get listed near the top of google when searching for 'straw poll'.
Very sneaky.

It's hard to say. I run several web sites and I hate having my info listed in the whois. I don't want every nut job on the net knowing :

2. My address
3. My tele
