I think it's a good idea. Easy, cheap, funny but with a strong underlying message, that Ron Paul is not in the lap of vested interests as the mainstream candidates are.

Most people are apathetic to politics, so a humorous message affects them moreso than a desperate and passionate plea to save us from the destruction of the US.

Hope more than a few try this or some similar lawn sign idea.

I say do whatever you feel inclined to do. Just getting Ron's name out there is a good thing. I've made my own signs with markers and notebook paper. A guy down the street from my moms is constantly writing Ron Paul stuff on his car.

Do what you can, when you can :) !

Putting other candidates names on any kind of sign, negative or otherwise, is a bad idea. Name recognition is a big part of the election process- most people won't remember if the sign they saw was in a negative or positive light. This is the main reason why incumbents win almost every election- name recognition. People have heard of the candidate, so they vote for the candidate. Putting the names of other candidates out on any kind of sign is a bad idea. Stick to spreading the name of Ron Paul.
