AR: TALK BUSINESS QUARTERLY poll
Mike is the clear Republican front-runner in Arkansas according to this new poll released yesterday Huckabee and Clinton are in a tight match up in this heavily democratic state, with Mike trailing by 1% in a head to head vote.

And now that I finally figured out how to use tables on here:
Which one would you like to be nominated as the Republican candidate?

Total Dem Ind Rep
Mike Huckabee 39% 29% 33% 59%
Rudy Giuliani 13% 17% 12% 9%
John McCain 11% 10% 14% 9%
Mitt Romney 8% 7% 11% 7%
Fred Thompson 4% 2% 4% 6%
Ron Paul 3% 3% 3% 3%

These results are from a telephone poll conducted with a randomly selected sample of 608 registered voters in Arkansas. Interviewing was conducted December 12-16, 2007.. The sample was selected to insure that every voter in the state with a working telephone was equally likely to be included and that geographic and demographic groups of the actual electorate are proportionately represented. The sampling error associated with a sample of 608 is 4.4 at the 95% confidence interval. This means that in 95 of 100 cases, the results of the poll are within 4.4 points, plus or minus, of the results that would have been obtained if all registered voters had been interviewed
If Mike “Left the Republican Party in Arkansas in Shambles”, then why is he polling so well there? I would have to say that all this Anti-Mike hyperbole is farce when it comes to his tenure in Arkansas. The citizens of AR know him better than the rest. He left office with the highest favorable ratings ever recorded in Arkansas.

Why do you post so many land-line phone polls of previous Republican primary voters which all show RP with very low numbers? What is your purpose?
