I think it's the 4th song down. I wrote this during the 2004 election, with all its "free speech zones" and BS and recorded it later. I'm not a drummer and never had a band (so there's no drums), but take a listen and let me know what you think.

Are We Still in America?

Jingle-Jang, the money calls
Such a shame, the government crawls
Bang-Bang, the soldiers fall
For the disguise

Distort the truth, and our principles stall
Hollow ringing down our white marble halls
As we scavenge all the local malls
For the new lines

Money thin are the walls of our mansions
Cold winds are pushing winter in
Will we be warm in the eyes of our maker
Or will we all be frozen within?

Is this still even America?
Free speech behind steel barricades?
Are we still in America?
Or are we all just corporate slaves?

Are we still in America?
Are we still in A-M-E-R-I-C-A?
A-M-E-R-I-C-A

What’s yours is yours, I say, what’s mine is yours
Lest we forget it, then you’ll wage your wars
Jingle-jang, you hear the money calling
Such a shame, all the people are crawling

Is this still even America?
Everything’s so different today
Are we still in America?
With this momentum heading all the wrong ways?

If anyone with a full band wants to adopt this, feel free (just let me hear the version!) :)

I like Drivin With the People Cryin With the People song. Nice work.

"With the People" is not my song but is one I've tried to promote in the forums here for someone to use for a YouTube video or something.

To me it reflects our movement perfectly.
