http://LibertyCongress.org is up and running.

We have rated over 40 candidates, but we have already found over 60 more to review right away and that number is growing rapidly. As moderator you get to look up candidates, submit their vital info, make astute comments about them and rate them. You also get to post blog entries about ongoing candidate activities. Later we will enable user commenting and our moderators will help keep an eye on that activity as well.

Apply now by reviewing a few of the politicians listed on our site and telling us how you would improve our comments and/or adjust our rating. Also please provide a writing sample or a link to a blog entry that helps us understand your political viewpoint and assess your writing skill.

The moderation work is performed with a set of easy-to-use web-based adminstration pages that include shared "To Do" lists that help our moderators stay off each other's toes. Please note that we consider the site to be a work in progress and have a substantial list of planned improvements to further enhance the look and usability of the site.

If you decide that you want to help out, then I look forward to your PM.

Blog feed now available
Blog now available as a facebook app
Ten new candidates listed.

We are working on a GoogleMaps interface, more facebook support and other nifty additions to the site such as a Liberty Congress Hall of Fame. What we really need the most, however, are a few more volunteer moderators to help us review and grade candidates. Please drop us a line at moderator@libertycongress.org if you are interested in helping out with this important task.

Rock -- I run campaigns, and would be willing to help. Will check out the site, and do the exercise...

Thanks for the note. Yes I am aware of the Santoro/Terbolizard efforts.

We seem to have enough moderators for the moment. Please note the new banners page on the site. Hopefully that will assist your promotion efforts.

Also note that we need more banners and such to help us promote the site. Thanks!
