What you probably saw/heard was a rerun from the show the day before the RP interview in late October, as there haven't been any new shows for some time due to the Writers' Strike. New episodes should begin next week, however.

According to the Leno website Hugh Laurie & Sherri Shepherd will be on the show 12/27 -- not RP & the Sex Pistols.
