The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll shows that five Republican hopefuls are in double digits but not one of them reaches the 20% level of support. In the race for the Republican Presidential Nomination, it’s Mike Huckabee at 19%, Rudy Giuliani 16%, John McCain and Mitt Romney at 15% each, and Fred Thompson at 11% (see recent daily numbers). Ron Paul currently attracts 6% of Likely Republican Primary voters nationwide.

This poll has been the same for the last 5 days. I don't think they've updated the actual poll numbers since last Friday because of Christmas. I know the date has changed, but the numbers haven't.

I don't know that the polls are rigged but I do know that they only poll people who voted Republican in the last election.

So, when I look at these polls they tell me that those who voted Republican last time feel that Huckabee is the closest candidate to the current president. It's a good indicator of who not to vote for.

We say "blah" to the polls but then go ga-ga over ones that show him high. Lets just keep working hard.

Yeah, it'd make sense if they've been updating it with the same numbers everyday, now that we're in the holiday season I don't expect any numbers of value until the Iowa results
