For those not geeky enough to be on the House banking committee email list, I just wanted to share that there will be a two day hearing on monetary policy where Dr. Paul is almost certainly going to attend and ask questions. Mark your calendars:

Tuesday, July 17, 2007
10:00 a.m., 2128 Rayburn House Office Building
Financial Services Committee Hearing: "Monetary Policy and the State of the Economy"

Wednesday, July 18, 2007
10:00 a.m., 2128 Rayburn House Office Building
Financial Services Committee Hearing: "Monetary Policy and the State of the Economy"

The committee will hold two days of hearings to examine the monetary policy of the United States. The second day will be dedicated to the semi-annual testimony of Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke.

Thanks for this heads up Bradley!

I'm not on their list...

I will admit to actually watching C-Span whenever I had the chance to see Ron take a go at Alan G. ;)

What's worse - I actually LOVED watching those exchanges! :o

Ok, just for you (and who ever else sees this exchange), I used to have interns key in all of Dr. Paul's exchanges on the banking cmte for me (it's not been updated and is no longer listed on their site but the information is still there):

Enjoy!

EDIT: here's another good site with info updated since I left the office:
