I agree that WND is attempting to portray Ron Paul as a flip-flopper. But also, they are trying to frame him as weak on defense and not taking the terrorist threat seriously - the questions asked of him made that clear. It's pretty obvious from what Joseph Farah said about Ron Paul several weeks ago that WND will not give Ron Paul any positive support. Farah is obsessed with the threat from "radical Islam" and supports an aggressive and offensive foreign policy to deal with that threat. Also, in regard to dealing with the terrorist threat domestically, he doesn't seem particularly concerned about what the Constitution says. I guess he agrees with Bush in that our founding document is an anachronism, or "just a GD piece of paper."

Farah just wants to sell his 'security report' which means he must portray the muslims as a threat equal to the old soviet union and scaremonger people into buying his 'insider' information, which is a bunch of made up BS on the level of the national enquirer.

Farah gave Buchanan a ration of shit when he wrote an anti-neocon/war piece awhile back, but he jumped off that pretty quick, probably because Buchanan being in syndication at WND is one of the few reasons to go to WND (along with perhaps Vox Day and Coulter for amusement).

Despite Farah's dislike for Ron Paul I give him credit for putting up those articles. He did not have to give him any coverage. Plus those articles showcase Dr. Pauls positions very well. Here is an article I wrote in response to Joseph Farahs column saying Paul was disqualified http://www.commentaryusa.com/commentary/politics/ron-paul-joseph-farah-and-the-qualified-man.html

As far as the other article about the border patrol agents vs. military on the border, someone was bound to ask it. If in fact he filled out some sort of questionaire, it will be better to solve that issue now rather than closer to the primary.
