Looks like some may not be getting funds they counted on to continue their campaign.

Ron Paul however, has all the funds he needs at present time due to his grass-roots support!

It doesn't matter. They wouldn't get the funds until March anyway, so they take out loans that are guaranteed by the matching funds. The loans shouldn't be affected by a temporary FEC closure.
