Well, I'm sure most people know about the United States poll in which Ron Paul is kicking arse, but there's another AOL poll in which they ask, "Who do you think will win the Republican nomination?" And, with over 250,000 votes, it paints a kind of grim picture of the nation's perspective on Paul.

The link to it is HERE (http://news.aol.com/elections/story/ar/_a/obama-huckabee-lead-08-race-in-iowa/20071202175709990001).

That is an old poll. It doesn't ask who you will vote for. Most people are still brainwashed into thinking Paul has no chance.

On the entire page the only place where Ron is mentioned is in the poll....surprisingly!

If you have AOL has a subscriber...cancel now!

And the fact that it isn't far off from national telephone polls makes me worry they are more accurate than people around here tend to think.

The poll asks who do you think will win, not who will you vote for. This poll would reflect INTRADE, not telephone polls.

These last two weeks are crucial. We need to step up the grassroots effort.

Asides, national polls ARE inaccurate because they'll be affected by the nominating process. Momentum is never accounted for in these polls.

How so?

The board got a whole bunch of people to vote at once. Paul's number went up; and so did everyone elses. Proportional to their 'popular' support.

wow, this is a very old poll... but the strange thing is... about 2 months ago we were winning it by almost 60%... what the hell happened?
