Expliciit Goal: Have Google record the video of Ron Paul's speech to employees and allow the campaign to post it in the Youtube channel.

Implicit Goal - do not state these in your email:
1) have the video featured prominently on Youtube.
2) let them know of our numbers and not to bury the video or other Ron Paul content

1) Politely email press at google.com (Google knows good PR opportunities trust me on that based on personal experience).
A) Ask that Google please record Dr. Paul's speech
B) Ask that Google give the campaign permission to put this speech on his Youtube channel

2) Repeat process with other Google employees/influencers.

How do you know A & B isn't being done already? Wouldn't it be annoying to get a bunch of emails asking them to do something they're already doing?

i would suggest researching things on your own..in a library or something...before listening to someone else's ideas...regardless of who made the film and what the topic....decent movie..however, i could have done without the splicing of interviews..

You have no basis for ensuring that.

Last weekend at Freedomfest, only one of three talks were taped and that one wasn't high quality. This is too important to leave to chance. You also need to remember that many Googlers are openly pro-Obama on their personal blogs. What if they all work in the Google Video/Youtube department?
