"Will you arrest me if I use medical marijuana to ease my suffering as a wheelchair bound invalid?" (Romney basically walks away and ignores him)

Soon, Dr Paul will be approached by this poor man in a wheelchair.
What do you think Dr Paul should say in response?
here is what I would do: Kneel down and take the man's hand and listen to his question. Look him straight in the eyes and answer: "As President I sympathise deep ly with your position and at the Federal level am working to legalise the use of your needed drugs. My powers are limited byt he Constitution but certainly, this is a matte rof justice and I will take your matter and tell my Attorney General (Justice Dept) to ensure that any state conviction come clearly with a Federal exoneration and specific description of your special needs. Same with any member of our society facing the same problem."
