Hi,

Why hasn't Ron Paul created nice videos on youtube explaining his positions in more detail. We keep hoping and begging that the media gives us a minute here and there of airtime and then we only air on youtube those small clips which still do not do a good enough job of explaining our issues with the necessary depth. Ron Could just make 30 minute videos or however long it takes to explain his positions.. use graphs all kinds of stuff... By now such video woudl have been viewed millions of times.... Has no one suggested this? Seems hard to believe.

For example.. on meet the press... he was asked about north korea attacking south korea... in a youtube video he can explain himself better... North korea attacking south korea is so ridiculous... SK has a GDP of about 1 trillion dollars while the north's is 40 billion...

in a matter of days south korea can offer just a tiny fraction of its GDP and arm itself to the teeth with modern weapons or offer mercenaries a shitload of money to repel the invaders.... Why cant paul create a youtube video explaining these things?

The lack of creativity by the official rp campaign is frustrating... the only thing we are getting from our money bombs is news from them but little in terms of real help getting the word out there compared to what word of mouth and internet support is doing.

I very much agree. I think the campaign, for all its praise of the internet, misses the most important point that THEY CAN USE IT TOO! The latest endorsement page is very nice, but it's still missing the point. Paul can post educational, policy, media, issues, legislative, campaign, videos ANYTIME he wants and get unlimited playback. The better these videos they are, the more they'll spread. Blogs will reference them. Supporters will watch them. The uninitiated will stumble upon them. I wonder how we can push the campaign to do more of this?

I agree, we keep hoping that the MSM will come to our rescue and provide Ron Paul equal face time on the tube. That is not going to happen, therefore it is time Ron Paul go on the attack. Ron should make a heart-to-heart appeal to the voters in Iowa and New Hampshire in the next week by stating the fact that the other candidates are hand picked by the same power brokers that got us in this mess in the first place. Ron should point out what all the other candidates stand for and make the argument that If the voters keep electing the same Neocons and Neolibs year after year we will keep getting the same results.

If a radical change is not made soon, this country will implode. If that happens the voters must take responsibility for their actions. The voters can make the changes necessary now by voting for Ron Paul or the consequences of their votes will make the changes for them. A collapse of the economy will not be a pretty sight; just as in 1929, a collapse will have a devastating impact on most of the voters. Pay now or pay later, that should be the message -- make it loud and clear.

Note: The official campaign does not respond to any of my emails; can someone please get this suggestion to them? Thanks.

Also, any video or ad should show scenes of people during the great depression -- soup lines, farms devastated, etc. "A picture is worth a thousand words". Make no mistatke about it, we are in a major fight with a powerful enemy. It is time to stop pussy footin' around, take the gloves off and engage.

The grass-roots can chop up plenty of Paul's audio and video from speeches and presentations in to small bite-sized 30-60 second videos.

This could be done on every issue.

"Ron Paul on Abortion" "Ron Paul On Owning Guns" "Ron Paul On Iraq" "Ron Paul On Iran" "Ron Paul On The Weakening Dollar" "Ron Paul On Social Security" "Ron Paul On Taxes" "Ron Paul On Islam" "Ron Paul On Your Rights" "Ron Paul On George Bush" "Ron Paul On Jesus" "Ron Paul On Inflation" "Ron Paul On Housing Crisis"...

The list is pretty much endless and these are easy to make.

The idea being to encourage viewers to check out all of the easy-to-digest videos using Ron Pauls OWN WORDS.

Respected authorities or personalities could also be taken from videos on youtube and sliced in to these bite sized videos to re-affirm Paul isn't talking nonsense if necessary. Example, the recent 'experts' on Fox who were agreeing with Paul about monetary issues.

I haven't used video editing much but I will look in to making a few.
