Digg the story: 'Bury Brigade EXPOSED' before it is bury'd. The actions of these individuals violates Digg's TOS. Let's digg this up and end their madness.

Eh, that blog was pretty old. I set it up a few months ago when all the Paul supporters were known as "spammers". I set it up with some challenge to supporters but to be honest forget what it was now. I deleted that blog posting and added this one.

Simple fact is.. it was just a simple blog to access and quickly post a story.

I tried to set it up at another one of my blog postings but forgot the username with which I registered.

Unfortunately I have no idea what email address I used to setup that blog.

Ok, I've been a digg member for years. This will not be good for our cause. The way the bury / digg system works is that it should be balanced out by the number of interested readers (and some secret algorithm stuff). This will look like "whining" on our part and admins don't take well to whiners. There are plenty of pro-Ron Paul people who made their account and use digg for the sole purpose of digging up Ron Paul articles.

Look in the mirror. Keep on digging the good stuff, but don't cry "Wahhhbumlance" when stuff gets buried. Dust off, move on.

I can appreciate your perspective and you may be right about being referred to as 'whiners' IF people write any juvenile type complaints.

I've also been with Digg for several years and don't approve of people disrupting the voting algorithm regardless of their intent. I would write complaints about those users if they admittedly violated the Terms of Service as well.

The blatant admission shouldn't go unnoticed.

If we can get this on the front page and keep it there, it would be historic...relative to the history of Digg, that is.

Thanks guys! This will definitely help spread the word that we actually do exist to the regular Digg community. Until now, we have been kind of behind the scenes but this should definitely get us some awesome front page time. You've been trying to get my account deleted for two weeks now and the abuse team isnt doing it, because we're not violating TOS. Even if it is deleted, we already have other accounts setup to take it's place. Have fun! You only make us stronger and I appreciate it.

Ooops. Looks like we won this one again, but seriously, after I thought about it (had already sent the message..) I'd love to see this go front page. Please help get the word out there that we exist, it will only help to wake up other people that hate the spam but feel helpless to get rid of it. Now that they know there are groups targeting the spam, they can join up and help out.

The bury brigade has successfully reported the story as possibly inaccurate.

Help bury this 'bury brigade' Digg this up!

I've been trying but it just won't take off. I submitted the story late last night and it quickly shot to 130 diggs but then slowed down.

This morning I see the story has been marked as Inaccurate. The BB successfully caused my story to lose credibility just by clicking a few buttons.

See that their tactic doesn't matter. Help digg this way to the top!
