Dude, that's a seriously fucked up list of options!

My first choice is Anglo-Saxon Cuisine, you know, food yanked out of a cow and served with fries and a huge mug of beer!

My second choice is Japanese.

My third choice is Korean.

My fourth choice is Russian - my old country, we can do some wicked stuff with buckwheat and cabbage and beats and stuff!

The fifth choice is Armenian.

My gut says Italian, but my health-conscious brain says Chinese.

I'm very surprised at how many of these I've never even tried. That Thai looks pretty good!!! :D

Pizza
Food Of The Gods
Compact, economical, good cold!

Baked in a coal fired oven for that unique flavor!

Cuisines should be compared on the same economic levels, you're comparing the food originally eaten by Ethiopian royalty to Italian peasant foods here!

Real Italian food is actually very healthy. Half the occidental vegetables we eat today were popularized in and around Italy, and there's almost as much seafood as in the Japanese cuisine.

Armenian cuisine was the first to develop red wine, yogurt, etc - and like 5000 years ago people in that region lived twice as long as people elsewhere in the world!

I flip flop between Greek/Arabic/Mediterranean and Sushi.

This year my family is doing Spanish style tapas instead of a traditional Christmas dinner. Should be interesting. Little plates of food and plenty of sangria.

You left out good ol' fashioned Southern cookin'. I picked Italian in the meantime.

I treated the local campaign office to some good old fashion Southern cooking just this past weekend. We needed the energy for sign hanging later that day!

I prefer traditional Maryland cuisine. A bushel of steamed hard blue crabs sprinkled with old bay seasoning with some fresh oysters on the half shell and sauteed soft crabs with a pitcher of sweet iced tea! My god when is summer going to be here?

I cook Italian and American (great slabs of roasted meat and root veggies) pretty well. I am slowly figuring out how to cook Chinese and Thai from scratch. I like sushi for it's simplicity, I am still trying to figure out the right mix of rice, vinegar and sugar plus my wife and I live 50 miles from a good fish market so it is a pain to get quality ingredients. My least favorite food is Etheopian so far with Latin American food not to far behind.
We don't go out to eat much anymore for dinner because we live in the boondocks so I've learned to cook our favorite foods. What I really like is fusion cooking where flavors from many different cultures come together, it keeps me from having to pick a favorite.
