Friday, April 11 - Last day for voters to change party affiliation before the May 6 Primary Election [NCGS 163-82.17]

Tuesday, April 15 - First absentee meeting by county board to act on absentee ballot applications [NCGS 163-230.1(c1)]

Thursday, April 17 - One-stop absentee voting begins for Primary (NCGS 163-227.2(b)) ; modified full-time county board offices shall remain open five days each week [NCGS 163-227.2(f)]
