Hey those experts on Hannity said he's wearing a pirate hat!! Why's he wearing a pirate hat ?? I don't get it.

Another question.. Why is Washington where they make apples and also where they vote for president?

Another question.. What does it mean when they say second amendment? ..what's an amendment and what was wrong with the first one?

Thanks a bunch. I love America.

Glad he's enthusiastic, but we get made fun of for the whole tri-corner hat thing...no need to bring those jokes in to reality.

IMO, this should be LIFE magazine's political picture of the year. It shows a true patriot at work! haha.

If you are wondering, this pic is from the sign wave that took place yesterday at Concord Mills mall in Concord, NC. It's the largest mall in NC and receives INSANE traffic this time of year, so I'm sure a good amount of people were exposed to Ron Paul for the first time today!

Those who are ashamed of the uniform so many fought and died in to defend our freedom and create our nation may be more concerned about image than substance.

That uniform was worn by George Washington also and many others of our founders in a time with different styles of dress but of very similar concerns for freedom and justice. Nathan Hale was hung as a spy at the tender age of 19. What was he wearing as he spoke those immortal words?

We should be proud and honored to wear it and we should have the good sense to respect the uniform of the day especially when we need their example of wisdom and courage to face down those who have wormed their way into our seats of governmental power and influence..

"pirate hat" and all.
