yes. he also has the "dead to me" board for things that are too severe for just a notice, or i think the second time they commit a colbert violation

I don't know. I think cynicism at this point would breed apathy. With Colbert and Stewart, people would just laugh it off, but do nothing. Without them making light of the sham that is this presidential election, people get angry enough to DO something.
