Is it true the following presidential candidates are members of the Council on Foreign Relations?

Republicans:
Rudolph (Adolph) Giuliani
Mitt Romney
John McCain
Fred Thompson
Newt Gingrich

Democrats:
John Edwards
Barack Obama
Chris Dodd
Bill Richardson
Hillary Clinton.

If so what do you think of so many being members of this group?

You are correct in the membership list, although membership is not a requirement to be a part of the cabel. The organization can be labeled as any number of different names, but there is no arguement, this group is a part of the power elite that decide long and short term decisions that control our very lives. THEY are the ones Dr. Paul is fighting to return the United States to fundemental Constitutional principles.

Thanks for the confirmation... I'm surprised more people are not concerned by the disproportionate number of presidential candidates who a part of that group.

Of the list both John Edwards and Hillary Clinton have been to Bilderberg meetings. Edwards in '04 and Hillary in 1997 according to wikipedia.

Isn't the Bilderberg group just some kind of conspiracy thing people have just made up?

Well Gingrich isn't running and Romney isn't actually a member of the CFR as I recall. However he and Huckabee have written for Foreign Affairs, the CFR's journal.

Also Bilderberg is a real group. Many CFR members are involved in Bilderberg, though it really isn't the same thing. The Trilateral Commission is the expanded CFR version of Bilderberg.

They're all real, the only question is how real is their power.

That is what they use to say before they got found out.

Yeah it's quite real, again, what power they actually have is the question

Considering their members are the wealthiest and most powerful people in the world, I'd say their power probably goes quite far in influencing what goes on in the world.

Sounds like this election is more important than most people are led to believe.
