You are quoting Jim Forsythe, it looks like. He is a MEETUP ORGANIZER, which is not the same thing as the "campaign".

If you are talking about something else, then please tell me what you saw, because from what I am looking at, the "campaign" DID NOT say anything about the blimp staying or not.
