Ron Paul Raw Milk Article?

I have a new friend who's really into healthy foods and is a big supporter of raw milk and I told her about how Ron Paul introduced that bill and his support of health freedom and anyway I think we have an addition to the revolution.

That said, wasn't there an article written by Ron Paul on the issue not too long ago? If so, anyone have a link so I can show it to her? I found an article on Lew Rockwell that is just a short speech he gave on the House floor when he introduced the bill, but it really seems like there was a bigger writing he did. Anyone know what I'm talking about, or am I mistaken?

hmmm...there doesn't seem to be anything at ronpaullibrary.org with more detail. Here's the govtrack link to the bill:

Doesn't look like there has been any other speech given about it in Congress, but I could be wrong (and/or there could be other speeches he gave outside of Congress).
