I thought that the opinion expressed on the "Free Century" blog that the official campaign web site "really is not much to look at. The design is poor and there isn’t a lot of content. I get my info about Dr. Paul from other sources" was interesting.

I'm not sure how much an investment in making a truly "razzle dazzle" web site would have, but in a resource constrained campaign, I think the web site sends a good, positive image--straight and to the point with links to other information sources, such as MySpace and Youtube, without looking like cotton candy fluff.

I agree that the site is unimpressive, so that makes the traffic victory that much more significant.

The word is that it's getting overhauled.

RP's bandwidth costs are going to eat up his finances...

I'd like to see him beat Obama in the YouTube wars by releasing statements in the form of video.

Immigration is a big deal right now. I'd like to see a 3 minute piece on YouTube by Dr Paul explaining the plan he has for immigration reform. Then he can send out the press release at the same time, in the rare hope that somebody might actually print it.

Interesting to compare site traffic. Ron is leading all GOP's in recent
traffic (I removed McCain, because he was even lower than Rudy), and Dr Paul
is tied with Hillary in traffic for "all" 2008 contenders.

yes he should use Youtube and Myspace to his advantage as far as free advertising goes.

anyways, here is a real link avoiding that freecentury page full of google ads.

Ron Paul should add adsense and some other revenue making ads on his site, this would translate visitors into revenue if the ad placements are right...alot of money

You missed the funniest part -- look at the ad for the T-Shirt. Says something like "0.0022% Love my RonPaul2008.com website" ;-)
