While reading this article through completely, when the soldier exhibited signs of depression, the psychologist told his supervisors to take away most of his possessions so he wouldn't be a danger? and they took away his internet and phone priveleges, it seems like they took away everything Except his weapon which he killed himself with.....read the whole story.

Sad to hear about the soldier. I hope he can find peace now.

No doubt this case will be used to justify and expand HR 2640 (http://www.govtrack.us/congress/bill.xpd?bill=h110-2640). Notice there is no record of who voted and therefore no accountability to the people - we have to trust anyone voted even though the HR and the Brady Bill it is founded upon is unconstitutional per the 2nd amendment.
