February 14th is 7 weeks away. That's just about as much time as we had to promote the Tea Party. This time window is about the minimum in terms of having an effective money bomb. Remember, the point of a money bomb is to generate buzz -- not just raise money. We can raise Ron Paul money by donating smaller amounts more consistently. So let's keep in perspective the purpose of a money bomb.
Also, we need the theme of the money bomb to be non-controversial, as well as easily digestible. Especially considering how much scrutiny Ron Paul (and thus his supporters) are and will continue to get.
Valentine's day is regarded in our society as a day of love.
Revolution
I am personally against having another money bomb. We have already proved our point. Ron Paul has a dedicated, passionate army of supporters. Everyone knows this. So the next money bomb, if we have to have one, must prove a BIGGER point. Otherwise it's like having a terrible sequel to a movie. See: Spiderman 3.
What's the point of having another money bomb? We should find the answer to that before continuing. Whatever that reason is, what better theme than love, as it applies to the Ron Paul Revolution?
