Fund Raising and Rudy's Wealth

Considering Rudy "only" (I can't believe I just said only to millions of dollars) raised about 10 million dollars in Q3 and is quickly losing momentum now, there's a good chance we might out raise him this quarter. We all know that Mitt is going to equal or out raise us with the flick of a pen, but what about Rudy? I know the man is wealthy, but he he wealthy enough to out raise us with his own money?

One thing to consider is that while Romney has from the beginning been open about his self-funding capabilities and efforts - for Rudy to now add in of his own money would effectively be a huge admission of weakness - and I'm not sure the man is prone to making such admissions.
