Many supporters believe our Revolution is all about love. Well, if we are to live up to that some of us have got to quit the "us vs. them" group think that we label people into. People like Glenn Beck get tossed aside as evil neocons if they're off on like two or three issues. That's detrimental to the Republic. The Founders realized that creating labels and grouping people into different categories was destructive to the republic's foundations on the individual.

We MUST win the Republican base over as much as possible. Just because they're with us on every issue but say war and drugs doesn't mean they're an insidious neocon. They may have been duped by neocons or neocon influenced media voices but we must assume it's mere ignorance on a couple issues.

Let us never get to the point where we become arrogant and stuck up that we figured out what a Constitutional Republic is supposed to be and some haven't...we must educate, enlighten, befriend as good teachers and protectors of the Republic.

We cannot act on fear, hate, and anger. We must act on strength, peace, and compassion. If most of these supposed "neocon" citizens had been able to learn about the Old Right's values we wouldn't have this situation of ignorance today. The real enemy truly is the mainstream media as a whole and it's blacklisting of the Old Right from mainstream public thought. We are reviving the Old Right with this campaign!

Deep inside every neocon-manipulated conservative's heart is a yearning for a country grounded in the principles that the Old Right stands for....Jeffersonian republicanism.

Remember, people who agree with MOST of what Dr. Paul has to say, but disagree in one or two areas, probably don't realize they are being inconsistent in their philosophy. For example, those who disagree with his stand on the war on drugs, but believe in religious freedom, are being inconsistent. You just have to give them time to discover that THEY are the inconsistent ones, philosophically, and they will come around.

You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink. :D

You're right. I think a lot of the people who have come over from other parties or are new to the political process simply have forgotten how to play nice with the Republican Party others. The base of the Republican party ARE GREAT people. And they're a heck of a lot closer than the rampant socialism of the other major party. We need to reach out to them, speak their language, and win each one at a time.
