A homeless woman took a #2 in the middle of my friends coffee shop.

Opie and Anthony used to do that stuff a lot. The media got pissed at them and ignored them intentionally. Eventually someone blew a blow horn near the ear of a reporter and the whole bit was dropped.

still laughing....

It's all connected:

Federal Reserve messes with interest rates: Housing Boom, Housing crash in Phoenix, people lose their homes move into the streets and start chugging 40's Businesses are suffering since people can't pull cash out of the ATMs (houses) any more. And most are still in denial.

And the masses get this:

Look at those shaggy nuissance homeless people! Call the police!

I'm a part of an increasing movement happening nowadays to choose Internet connectivity freedom over high bandwidth, so I can't watch that video tonight. :(

I wish someone would put all Ron Paul videos on BitTorrent, which would make them easier to get and also make the campaign less dependent on centralized MSM services like YouTube.

you know, when establishment media and politics continues to alienate the people, they must learn that it is actually potentially dangerous.

couple years from now these trucks might be getting flipped everywhere

That's funny -- one of the things I thought of when somebody mentioned the next media stunt (aside from moneybombs) was this very idea: an entire day (or week) of people following every media lead where there could possibly be an on-location camera. My friends and I used to 'hack' media spots all the time, from protesting protestors to holding sword duels behind camera shots...it is just so easy to get the free space.

Ideally it'd be nice if mediahacks like this could relate to the story -- signs changed to meet the demand of whatever subject is being explored.

12-18-2007, 10:49 PM
LOL what a wonderfully evil idea!

If I were young and single, I'd sit out in front of the local TV station then
tail the vans as they left. As soon as they go live whip out that Big Ron Paul
sign.

MSM might want to ignore us, but if the Meetup groups could do this OMG,
imagine it, every single live shot with a Ron Paul sign in the backgound.....

People would keep seeing his name and wonder what the hell was going on.

:D

LOL! I'm surprised-the photographer HAD to be a supporter, don't you think? or he would have had the reporter move?

I don't think this is at all the case. In my experience over tens of different attempted media hackings (church shooting, random art festival events, arraignments in front of jail buildings, protests, etc) the media is limited with how much they can move. This is compounded significantly in the larger events as national media flocks to a couple of small streets to cover an event as the "eye of America". With an entire block of 20 news reporters shoulder to shoulder there just isn't a whole lot of reporter moving they can do.

Granted, that is an extreme example, but often the scenes just aren't that 'secure'.

GREAT GREAT GREAT!!! keep these video's comming. This way the MSM can't ignore us anymore :D i image they saying: first those 2 spammers were commenting on the forums, then they hacked all our online and phonepolls, then they donated both 6 million dollars and now the two are in our screens all the time :p
