I saw in that Fox interview this morning they compared his campaign support to JFKs?

Does anybody have any hard data on that?

No blimp, he had Jackie. I believe he was low in the polls at this time and I think he lost Iowa.

You don't neccessarily want to draw too many parallels to JFK.

Kennedy's wealthy and politically connected father (Joe.P.) basically bought the win in a very close contest with Nixon. The Chicago Democratic machine (whose motto was "vote early, vote often") turned out a big vote from the cemetaries.

Yeah but democrat contests mix up so easily, Republican ones tend to be more "stable."
