If you eat, smoke, or drink in California, just look in the mirror. A $10-a-pack tax on cigarettes and additional "sin taxes" on soda pop and fast food and other politically-incorrect food and drink should just about cover it (at least until the bootleggers take a firm foothold in the state, that is).

Let different States try different approaches to try and solve social issues. If the rest of the Nation sees California going bankrupt because of Universal Health Care maybe the other States will be less likely to want it for themselves.
