You know, it's very frustrating when you try to convince someone that Ron Paul is the man but they respond with something like "well he didn't convince me in 15 seconds

If someone needs to be convinced in 15 seconds, spend the fifteen seconds giving them URLs to read when they have more time. :)

What I find most frustrating is how they are trying to paint Ron Paul as being left-wing. As if there was anything socialist about being anti-war.

He's more of a true capitalist than any of them on the stage, I don't get why they ignore that. They seem to completely ignore economic policy altogether.

The republican party itself is closer to the left than Ron Paul is. :)

They are totally clueless to this unavoidable fact as well.

Ron Paul has to get them talking about economics, mention that he has never voted to raise taxes and will give us real, inflation proof currency backed by precious metals, and abolish all those departments that the free market can take care of.

The Republicans will squirm when they realize, as a Bill Maher once said, "I'm Chairman Mao compared to you!"

The most frustrating encounters I have are with people who say they believe in everything Ron Paul talks about, but because he's a Republican they won't consider him. Most of them say "I'll never trust a Republican again."

I'm never voting Republican again if Ron Paul is not the candidate.

My problem has been those who say they really like him, but he doesn't have a chance, so they'll just see who does seem to have a chance when primaries or general election occur. It could be the case that he has no chance, but if he does have a chance, then thinking he has no chance becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy. Grr.

Don't worry about them, its a tactic Rudy McRomney's blind followers are using because they don't know any better. It will fade when someone educated that they trust actually explains to them what the difference between conservative and liberal really is.
