Sorry if this has been posted elsewhere... I tried to find something, but couldn't.
A foundation called "We the People" has filed the "National Clean Elections Lawsuit" that:
highlights how easy it is to rig electronic voting machines
is trying to get states to delay primaries to fix the problem
We knew about the first, but the second point is obviously worth keeping an eye on as it is a developing story.

Notice that they seem to be ignoring the change for the primaries -- they are concerned about the presidential election only at this point.
