Yes, I am referring to the cowards who are wimping out with lame posts about it being over, we have to run third party, the old media sucks, etc.

YOU ARE NOT ACCOMPLISHING A THING! - except to waste the time of true grassroots supporters on this forum.

Ron Paul IS NOT running third party. Ron Paul has NOT lost the election.

This is a REVOLUTION folks - and the goal is to WIN.

However, if we don't win, this is STILL a rEVOLution and the goal is to plant the seeds for the future. If RP does not win (and I expect him to win, but I feel I must offer this option to explain away the cowardly naysayers) the neocon who wins the nomination will most certainly lose the general election and the socialists will own the House, the Senate and the White House.

The neocon movement would then be over. It is already in shambles and to regain any support the Republican party, which is currently broke, will have to make a paradigm shift in order to come up with a winning strategy against the Dems.

That strategy IS what WE are promoting - the paleoconservative/libertarian future of the Republican party.

My take - RP gets 3rd in Iowa and 1st or 2nd in N.H. and he has a STRONG chance to get the nomination, AND I feel strongly he can and will finish this high in these two states.

The awesome thing is how much money we have raised for this revolution. RP can and will go the distance - even if he does not get the nomination (and I expect he will). If he does not get the nomination, though, he and WE will have made a LOT of noise along the way and will have a LOT of clout at the convention.

Even if RP does not get the nomination and they shut us out at the convention, this MOVEMENT will NOT go away AND it IS the FUTURE of the Republican party.

RP is a visionary. He supported Reagan when only three other congressman did and Reagan lost to Ford in the primaries. Next time around, Reagan won and and had the greatest landslide in presidential election history for his 2nd term re-election.

RP WILL win this, but if not, we have to keep pushing to set the GOP straight on what it needs to do to win in the future after Obama or Hillary slaughter the neocon nominee.

In a way, we have already won. No matter - we need to keep fighting, keep our grassroots efforts going, and save the Republic. Whether RP wins or not, how hard we work will determine the future our movement - our rEVOLution, and especially as people start running for office as Ron Paul Republicans.

So, STOP crying and either fish or cut bait. Either support RP for the win, or get out of here!

They expected the media to suddenly jump all over Ron Paul because he raised more money yesterday than he raised during the last money bomb. It's pretty ridiculous really. Accept it and move on.

I haven't been on the forum much today so I haven't seen the negativity. People must be really tired or something. Get some damn rest ok?

PS. Dr. Paul is going to be on 4 different tv shows tomorrow. You'll feel better after that.

From a contrarian perspective, so much negativity after what it is by all measures an earth shattering event is a very healthy sign (I would say "bullish"). It means Ron Paul has nowhere to go but UP.

I will say it again, in Venezuela we have only 10% or so of the population connected to the internet and the biggest telecom was nationalized by the socialist pig in power until 2013! So, get a little perspective and realize you have the best shot at changing the status quo! Stop crying and get to work!

I HAD to get this off my chest after all the bullshit posts.

I'll say it again - either support the grassroots effort to get RP elected or get the HELL OUT OF HERE.

See what is says on the top left of the screen under "we the people" and RonPaulForums.com?

It says "Grassroots SUPPORT for Ron Paul's 2008 Presidential Campaign".

I'll say it ONCE again - either SUPPORT our efforts and all the hard we have put in and will continue to put in to get RP elected OR GET THE HELL OUT OF HERE!

Who would say that? The interest in our campaign is at an all-time high and we are now taken 100% seriously by the MSM. I don't know what more we could ask for. What do we want? For the media to suddenly be fair to us? If the media were fair we likely wouldn't need Ron Paul in the first place.

GREAT thread!!! Yes, I was down and depressed myself after today's upsets. I shed a tear for this country at the end of the news day, wondering why RP was so blatantly neglected. But friends, this is the last great gasp of the oppressive partisan duopoly. They've mocked us, ignored us, even tried to steal our platform, yet we raised SIX MILLION DOLLARS yesterday!!! Even my cousins, who don't own television sets, heard about it, as did some very curious gossipers in our local grocery store today. THE BLACKOUT IS FAILING, and they know it!!!

Their last pathetic effort to derail this revolution is to get us so downhearted, bogged down with infighting and confusion, that we'll take our ball and go home. They haven't seen anything yet. WHEN Ron Paul wins New Hampshire, the old media and its Stepford candidates will be made complete and utter fools of. Don't give up yet, because we've only begun to fight!

sort of on topic maybe not, but I also think all these calls for us to ignore the media now are ridiculous. We can bash the media all we want and talk about how they're against us, but the fact is Ron Paul's media exposure DOES help. Could it be better? hell yes. But if you think a supporter-endorsed media black out could somehow be helpful, I think you're not thinking your cunning plan through.

Hey advertise during Survivour Kansas.

Its what everybody is watching anyway.

If you are feeling down then stand up in front of your computer and proclaim:

I Am A Champion Of the Constitution!

I Will Be Brave And Free!

Ron Paul! Ron Paul! Ron Paul!

Works everytime, just don't salute a picture of him or anything. Maybe look in a mirror.

Perhaps some had too high hopes? Its a natural reaction to feel disappointment as a result. Its a sneaky thing. I always try to expect nothing but its very human to still have hopes somewhere in the back of your mind. Probably not even very clearly outlined, rather some vague expectation that something, just something would change on the 16th.

And the money bomb came and went and it was a very, very good day in all aspects, but that secretly hoped for magical moment didn’t occur.

Well, maybe it did, maybe it didn’t. What impact it really is going to have we wont know for a while.

For all those who feel a little dissapointed:

Bit dramatic don't you think? Do you really want Ron Paul supporters to walk? These people venting their frustrations may have just come on board and didn't realize that we are never going get the thumbs up from the MSM. Others may have nobody to vent to because their friends and family don't understand. When you have high expectations and big dreams, it's easy to become frustrated. Some people actually get a fire lit when they see they are being ignored. If it wasn't for people on here bitching about the MSM, we likely wouldn't have gotten Glenn Beck's attention. They have the right to vent and you have the right to go to another post! Freedom my friend is a double edge sword!
