How can they be awarding Rudy Giuliani the same points as Ron for wanting to "Scrap the entire tax system and start over"? Then in the explanation for Rudy they offer his position as:
Make President Bush's tax cuts permanent. Scrap the entire system and start over.
How is this possibly consistent with itself?
